YOGA NIDRA
with Janet
Imagine an hour of guided deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra is a technique designed
to restore you physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. It is set
apart from other forms of meditation and relaxation by the repetition of an intention,
which is thus set in the conscious and subconscious mind. The result: resolve
is strengthened and positive outcomes are more assured. Recharge your batteries
and set your intentions at the cellular level! Wear loosefitting, warm clothing,
and bring your favorite soft pillow. A mild yoga practice precedes the meditation.
No yoga experience necessary. Bring a friend! 2 CEUs
Saturday, December 3: 1:00-3:00 p.m., $30

the

two
